Isenberg Reacts: WWE Royal Rumble “WrestleMania Matches In Sight”

Jimmy and Jey Uso take on Kofi and Big E for the tag titles at the Royal Rumble. Jimmy and Jey got moving quick and fast, efficient with their kicking strikes and their ability to ground Kofi. With Xavier on the outside, you were going to get distractions here and there. Big E took advantage of it and was able to hit a belly to belly suplex. Jimmy hits a Whisper in the Wind to Big E, but Kofi sends Jey to the crowd. Jey with a flying elbow to Kofi off the barricade. Big E spears Jimmy through the second rope and takes control. The Uso’s hit a superkick and get a two count to Kofi. The finish came when Big E hit Jey with a Big Ending from the top rope. He caught him and then proceeded to plant him on the mat.

Like always, a very entertaining match between two very athletic teams. Jimmy and Jey, albeit the same Samoan drops and kicks, still connect with the crowd and are a great team. I still can’t tell the difference between them from time to time. As for the New Day, I would still like to see Xavier in a more wrestling role. Mix it up a bit and have him pair with Big E from time to time. This keeps Kofi fresh, the team fresh and gives every guy there the ability to develop more in a non-wrestling role. All in all, a very similar match from what we have seen many times, but still entertaining.

He has also had the opportunity to interview some of the best athletes and performers alive, including Andrew McCutchen, Ben Roethlisberger, Chris Jericho, Billy Gunn, Karl Anderson, Matt Hardy, Steven Strasburg and others.

Currently, Josh Isenberg works for Major League Baseball in their Advanced Media Productions. He grew up in Pittsburgh and went to Point Park University, which is where Chair Shot Reality is filmed each week.

His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
