Isenberg Reacts: Impact Wrestling “A Reunion TNA Needed”

Velvet Sky Saves The Day

The Dollhouse took on Gail Kim and Madison Rayne, picking up a victory over the heel group. After the match, Kim and Rayne got beaten down by the numbers game. Velvet Sky came out and challenged them to a Lethal Lockdown match. Six Knockouts are in the same ring and storyline, which can be a bit convoluted. I understand that The Dollhouse are the heels in this scenario, but why do all of the faces have to come together to take them out? 3-on-3 matches are alright when you do not have to randomly pair them up.

Maybe it is just me and hate the fact that the CHAMPION is overlooked right now. Yes, she is a part of the storyline, but it is not really about her championship. In a division that thrives on consistent booking, this is a little too thrown together. Where are your contenders? Who is targeting the title and not a storyline about whining high school girls? That is what it seems like to me right now.

Why Not Jesse?

Hey, rememeber Shera? The Indian that TNA was so high on? Yeah, he is still there and welcomes a new guy to the roster. They win a tag team match against Jesse and Eli Drake. Nothing too much to note here aside from the continuous bad booking of Drake and Jesse. Are you kidding me? Jesse Godderz is so underutilized right now. There is no reason for him to be pushed in the middle of the card where nowhere to go. He did such a great job in a short time span to go from a “muscle man” to an actually intriguing, yet intense, character. Come on.
