A British Point of View: WrestleMania 32 Diary Part Two

That brings me on to RAW. It came from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. I’m not exactly sure how this show came across on TV but something seemed a little off for me. We had hardly any Shane, we had no Undertaker, John Cena, Rock, Brock Lesnar, Dean Ambrose, Triple H or Stephanie. However, we had Apollo Crews, Enzo and Cass, Baron Corbin a returning Cesaro but no Bayley.

It was a bit of mixed bag. I thought WrestleMania was a good show and it generated interest in RAW to see what would be the next step in storyline but it never really seemed to happen. Vince promised it would be a night to never forget but all we got was NXT call ups and a returning Cesaro. Whilst they were all pretty cool it wasn’t exactly the bombshell I was expecting. I expected something further with Shane but this looks to have been kept back for future weeks.

Anyway, the shows were all enjoyable and whilst it wasn’t vintage it certainly was entertaining. I never felt bored or like things were dragging. With that being said I’m still sorting through my near 4,000 pictures which were taken on Sunday and I’ve not even got as far as my 1,700 pictures from RAW yet.

I’ve had a great time in Texas so far and I will be at the basketball and ice hockey in the next few days before I head home next week. If you’re still in the area then make sure to come say hello.

Don’t forget to check out this week’s IWC Radio where I join the gang to give my thoughts live from Dallas on this past week of WWE programming and you can contact me on Twitter @BeansOnToastUK.
