John Cena and AJ Styles Get Personal
Name whatever diss is your favorite and it most likely was talked about on Smackdown Live between John Cena and AJ Styles. Styles complained about not being featured on the Royal Rumble poster, as well as being called “a guy from Atlanta” on the Today Show. When John Cena comes out, Styles talks to him about nobody missing him. He goes on to talk about being the man on Smackdown Live and that John Cena does not respect him.
Cena fires back with talk of him not being an Indy guy because he has the look of a WWE guy. He continues his speech dissing what AJ Styles had to do to get to WWE, while Cena has been getting booed for a decade and not complaining about it. It ends with John Cena getting the last word and shutting up the champion.
John Cena knows how to deliver a damn speech. Him and Styles really work well together inside and outside of the ring, speaking about their different histories and how they both are in the spots they are now. I love how they just get a reaction from the crowd with every word and every sentence. It is amazing to see how far John Cena continues to go, continuing to push the limits of a heel turn. Let’s be real here and say that John Cena will likely NEVER….EVER be a heel a-GAIN. Their championship match on Sunday leaves intrigue, intense actions and the want and desire to see them lock up once again. There was no better option in 3 weeks time than Cena vs. Styles.
Mojo Enters The Royal Rumble
Mojo Rawley earned a spot in the Royal Rumble match by basically defeating the entire tag team division. So, basically Mojo will enter at number 6 and be eliminated relatively quick. I expect him to show a little bit of life and then eliminated by someone like Braun Strowman or Brock Lesnar. I mean, 30 men that are legit contenders is tough to do. Does him in it really matter one way or another? They currently have 21 confirmed, which gives WWE lots of options to pick for surprises.
