Isenberg Reacts: WWE RAW “The Fire of Many Feuds Lit on RAW”

A Gong Changes Everything

Braun Strowman comes out and calls out Roman Reigns. Instead, he gets The Undertaker. The Undertaker makes his way to the ring and stands face to face with Braun Strowman. Strowman, eyes locked on the deadman, walks away and through the crowd. Roman Reigns comes out and both men stare down and stare at the WrestleMania sign. Roman says that Braun called him out and not The Undertaker. He says this is his yard now, but gets met with a chokeslam as Undertaker ends the night emphatically.

Do not complain about Braun walking away. He is a heel and we have seen so much physicality already. Let’s have him be smart and pick his spots rather than a normal “monster” and fight whenever and wherever. I just wonder what his role will be at WrestleMania. All three of these men have been tied together since January, so why would you not capitalize on what the crowd loved (Braun and Undertaker) and add the most polarizing figure on the WWE RAW brand? I would really be interested in seeing that, but does WWE want to have ANOTHER Triple Threat Match? It will be interesting to see what they do and how they build this storyline into something special for all involved. A gong gives excitement and signals the official “Road to WrestleMania.”

*Isn’t it funny how one night of logical build overshadows a championship change and questionable booking? Maybe I am just drinking the kool-aid on the road to WrestleMania, but WWE did solid things tonight to solidify a card that could be the deepest in history.*
