As the show kicks off, masked men surround the ring. One of them peels off and rolls in the ring. The masked man removes his hood, and it’s Seth Rollins. Rollins says he created the Vision, so he’ll be the one who destroys the Vision. If you stand with Paul Heyman, you are marked for death. Paul Heyman appears on the stage, looking disheveled and with a black eye. Heyman slowly walks to the ring while Rollins roasts him. Heyman says he wasn’t going to come out here, but he wouldn’t miss this for the world. Rollins is about to FAFO… F5. Brock Lesnar‘s music hits.

Lesnar stomps his way to the ring and obliterates the entire cast of West Side Story… err.. I mean Rollins’ Masked Man army. Lesnar and Rollins have a staredown. The lights go out, and Oba Femi‘s music hits. The Ruler struts to the ring, while Lesnar stands in the ring… with a… scared look on his face? Wow. Lesanr actually seemed intimidated. The crowd chants “Oba” as Lesnar and Femi stare each other down. Lesnar gets distracted by Rollins. Rollins slides out. Lesnar turns around and Femi OBLITERATES Lesnar with the Fall from Grace! Femi puts his foot on Lesnar’s chest and points at the WrestleMania sign.

Grade: A++++++++

Brock Lesnar just took a budding star in Oba Femi and MADE HIM in less than 20 seconds.

“Original” El Grande Americano vs. El Grande Americano

El Grande gets the win after Rayo slips him the metal plate for his mask and Gable… err, OG hits a diving headbutt on the metal plate, knocking himself out. Americano pins OG.

Winner- El Grande Americano

Grade: B-

Fun match, but hopefully, OG losing leads to a Mask vs. Mask match at Mania.

Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match | AJ Lee (c) vs. Bayley

Lee and Bayley trade pin attempts. Neither woman can get the advantage. After the break, Lee counters a suplex into a pin for a near fall. Bayley tries the Bayley-to-belly, but Lee turns it into a bulldog. Sliced bread by Lee. Bayley kicks out. Bayley counters the shining wizard into the Canadian Maple Leaf. Lee escapes but eats a knee from Bayley. Lee kicks out.

Lee goes up top. Bayley rips Lee off the top and hits the Bayley-to-belly! Lee kick sout. Bayley and Lee get up to their knees and jaw at each other. Bayley and Lee trade strikes. Shining Wizard by Lee! Bayley kicks out. Bayley counters the Black Widow with a side slam. Lee avoids a diving elbow from Bayley and locks in the Black Widow. Bayley taps out.

Winner and STILL Women’s Intercontinental Champion, AJ Lee!

Grade: B

Lee has looked good since returning in limited action, but this was her best match since returning. Bayley and Lee have insane chemistry. They need to run this one back.

After the break, Becky Lynch is beating the hell out of AJ Lee on the stage.

The new Intercontinental Champion Penta says he told Raw GM Adam Pearce he was going to be a fighting champion, so whoever comes to the ring tonight, be ready.

Intercontinental Championship Match: Penta (c) vs. Dragon Lee

Penta and Lee trade strikes. Lee cuts off a dive by Penta, sending him out of the ring. Tope by Lee. Lee tosses Penta back in. Penta surprises Lee with a tope. After the break, Lee kicks out of the Penta Driver. Penta gets dumped. Lee lands a corkscrew dive that sends Penta careening over the commentary desk. Lee hits the Destino. Penta kicks out! Lee tries a running elbow. Penta ducks it and hits a snap Mexican Destroyer for the win.

Winner and STILL Intercontinental Champion, Penta!

Grade: B+

Hell of a lucha match. After this, part of me wants the IC title picture to become the land of the luchadors. No matter the combination, they deliver banger after banger.

Maxxine Dupri vs. Nattie

Nattie eventually locks Dupri in the Sharpshooter. Dupri taps out.

Winner- Nattie

Grade: C+

Standard stuff here.

Stephanie Vaquer vs. Raquel Rodriguez w/Liv Morgan

Rodriguez is in control early. Vaquer drops a knee on Rodriguez face. Vaquer gets distracted by Morgan and gegts plucked off the apron. Rodriguez lawn darts Vaquer into the ring post.

After the break, Morgan gets involved again. IYO SKY hits the ring, but gets taken out by Rodriguez. Vaquer counters Rodriguez’s finish into a roll up for the win.

Winner- Stephanie Vaquer

Grade: B

Solid match. SKY getting involved is scary, because shoehorning her into this feud is just lazy. Morgan and Vaquer deserve a singles match.

Acknowledge Him!

Roman Reigns says he is the alpha and omega. You have to forgive “Phil” because he gets a little confused, so he should come out here so they can clear some things up. The World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk obliges. Punk takes his time getting in the ring, playing to the fans and poking at Reigns; making him wait. Reigns doesn’t look amused by Punk’s antics. Reigns welcomes Punk to HIS ring and his main event. Punk says Reigns keeps using his government name like its an insult. His friends call him that and Punk would call Reigns “Titty-tiaki” or whatever your real name is, but he doesn’t know it because he doesn’t spend time reading Reigns Wikipedia.

And Punk won’t call Reigns Joe because that would be insulting to a Joe Punk loves very much. Reigns jokes that “Phil” hasn’t main evented anything without Reigns. Reigns tells Punk that the fans are calling for him to do something. Punk says he deserved what he got from the Usos last week. Right message, wrong messenger. Who is the real Tribal Chief? Reigns says, ” This is what you cheer for?” He’s been hearing this for five years. Until Punk can come up with something that phases him, don’t waste his time. Reigns tries to leave, but Punk steps in front of him. Punk tells Reigns this is his show and he’ll tell Reigns when he can leave.

This is the last time Reigns will main event WrestleMania. Punk promises to split Reigns’ ego in two with a GTS at WrestleMania. Reigns tells Punk he’s delusional. When the talking is done, we all know Punk can’t do the walking. Reigns says at the end of the day, Punk is old. Punk decks Reigns. Security and officials rush the ring and hold Punk back. Reigns smiles and laughs at Punk for losing his cool.

Grade: B

Great segment, but way too long.
