Trent Seven Reflects On Wrestling In Poland, Has Ongoing Contract With TNA

Trent Seven can’t wait to get another shot at TNA gold in the new year.

WrestleZone Managing Editor Bill Pritchard recently spoke with Trent Seven, who signed with TNA Wrestling this month. Seven had a chance to challenge Joe Hendry for the IMPACT Digital Media Championship at a November 2022 Prime Time Wrestling event in Poland. Now, he has the chance to win another title as a TNA-contracted star, but reflected on the unique experience of wrestling in Poland.

“The actual setup for PTW was incredible. It was a multiple-camera shoot in a really, high quality sports hall with great heating, luckily. Santino [Marella] was over there as well. I think Xia Brookside was out there as well. A couple of a couple of other girls from NXT UK. But yeah, it had that real solid independent show feel. It really did. There’s people from all over the place, Mexico and obviously like I say, TNA being represented and myself. It was really, really good, actually.

Going home empty-handed

Seven says he’d like to go back. However, he’s still focused on what he can do with TNA in 2024.

“PTW as a whole, is very well run. Very smooth. I think we had pyrotechnics. We had a little bit of extra pizzazz on our entrance entrances, some fire as well. They got a good setup going on over there, but yeah, unfortunately, I didn’t get to, jump on my Ryanair flight home with that delightful Digital Media Championship, But yeah, as you said, I’ve got a a full year of trying to get as many of those TNA titles over my shoulder as I can.”

After Seven mentioned having “a full year” of title opportunities, Pritchard asked to clarify the length of his TNA deal. Seven said “it’s an ongoing contract” with TNA.
