Not many people know this, but Natalya didn’t take the easy, conventional route to WWE just because of the family name. If anything, it was quite opposite. It was seemingly instilled into her that she would really need to earn her way to the WWE. As a result, she became a well-traveled wrestler, going to all ends of the globe to hone her craft.
She even wrestled early on in Stampede Wrestling, Stu Hart’s foundation. Her journey before the WWE saw her travel across Europe and even Japan, where she crossed paths with future WWE superstars such as Becky Lynch. The Queen Of Harts certainly paid her dues before joining.
