People are very quick to criticize WWE for a lot of decisions. However, the problem in doing so is that it makes it unfair that they’re not praised when they do things right. Over the last few years, WWE has undoubtedly drastically improved in terms of how they take care of talent.

While there is a bit of controversy with regards to contracted performers not getting insurance, WWE does take care of them well when they’re injured and has done a great job in terms of transitioning superstars who can’t wrestle anymore and giving them other roles. Essentially most of the trainers in the WWE Performance Center are former superstars in some form or the other and backstage, the people running the show are often former superstars and legends.
