#2.) AJ Styles vs Brock Lesnar – Survivor Series
The Survivor Series WWE Champion vs Universal Champion match was originally set to be Jinder Mahal vs Brock Lesnar. Thankfully, WWE decided to have a title change in Manchester, where SmackDown took place. With less than two weeks before the show, AJ Styles faced and beat Mahal to become a 2-time Champion.
This set up a dream match between Styles and Lesnar. Styles once again proved to be the best in the world, bringing out the best of Brock Lesnar. It wasn’t often that fans got to see a motivated Lesnar, but it was clear that when he wanted to, he could put on a clinic. This was none more so evident than at Survivor Series, where the size difference resulted in them telling an incredible story. Styles came closer than most to put Lesnar away, but Lesnar caught Styles in the heat of the moment and managed to finish him, walking out with a limp and injured leg.
