#4.) Mick Foley

Mick Foley is one of the most beloved babyfaces in WWE history – whether it’s as Dude Love, Mankind or Cactus Jack. It was hard to imagine him as a heel in the early 2000s as his days of being a monster heel had come and gone. In 2006, things were different as he took on Edge at WrestleMania 22 and was defeated in brutal fashion.

He had challenged Edge to a rematch but later announced that Tommy Dreamer was a part of it too, making it a triple threat bout. He shockingly turned on Dreamer to align with Edge and Lita, but the crowd didn’t react the way they would have hoped. It was rather mild and though he did get some heat during ECW One Night Stand and during his feud with Ric Flair, fans never really saw him as a heel and he quietly turned face again before being written off in August of that year.
