#4.) Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan is a superstar who has been a “SmackDown guy” for a lot longer than people realize. He began in WWE in 2010 and after briefly being released, returned back. However, it was his move in 2011 to SmackDown that would make all the difference – as he not only won the Money in the Bank, but he went on to become World Heavyweight Champion for a few months.

The following year, he would lose the title at WrestleMania in 18 seconds but it would kickstart one of the most amazing runs we’ve seen in the last decade. His pairing in Team Hell No was a massive success and catapulted him to a main event level in 2013, with Bryan never really turning back. Had it not been for the 2011 move to SmackDown, he likely would not have found the same success.
