#4.) CM Punk – 5 appearances

CM Punk is surprisingly one of the most experienced competitors inside the Cell. His first bout was against veteran The Undertaker and he would lose emphatically, dropping the World Heavyweight title at Hell in a Cell 2009. His second bout was a dark match for the WWE title, a match that is believed to be a rather forgettable one.

He would once again challenge for the title in a Triple Threat match in 2011 but ended up losing the match. His final two attempts at the Cell was in 2012 and 2013, both involving Ryback. The first time, he defeated him clean in a singles match and the second time, it was a handicap match also involving Paul Heyman. Punk won that bout and got his revenge on Heyman, marking his only two victories inside the steel structure.
