Shayna Baszler is an easy pick for an opponent for Rousey. Being a fellow Four Horsewomen, Rousey and Baszler are good friends in real life. Both pioneers of Women’s MMA, they stepped into the world of pro wrestling and seized the opportunity like very few have.
Rousey was in the front row for Baszler’s Mae Young Classic Final match and also backstage when she won the NXT Women’s Championship at NXT Takeover: New Orleans. Given their history together, it’s a ready-made feud. With Stephanie McMahon in the picture, things could be even more interesting with Baszler as a hired gun.
