#3.) Sasha Banks vs Charlotte Flair vs Becky Lynch – WrestleMania 32

Another extremely important match in the women’s evolution, the three women were at war with each other for months leading into WrestleMania. With the Bellas and other Divas slowly phasing out, it became clear that these three were to lead the women’s division going forward.

It was quite special when it was announced that the three would face off in a Triple Threat match at WrestleMania for the Divas Championship, held by Charlotte at the time. However, on WrestleMania day, Lita unveiled a brand new Women’s Championship and announced that the three women would be battling to become the first champion of that lineage.

Charlotte would walk into the match as the final Divas Champion and walk out as the first (RAW) Women’s Champion. In an outstanding bout, the women had the best match of the night, bar none. It was the first time that the women had stolen the show at the grandest stage of them all and it was a clear sign of things to come in the women’s division. The Divas division was then abandoned and the women’s division was established as fans desired.
