Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Semifinals: Aleister Black and Ricochet vs #DIY
Black misses a head kick. Black nails Ciampa with the kitchen sink, followed by a running knee for a near fall. Ricochet tags in and works over Ciampa’s arm. Ciampa decks Ricochet. Gargano tags in and takes Ricochet over with a ranna. Ricochet lands on his feet. After a bit of back and forth, Ricochet lands a dropkick. Ciampa gets on the apron but Ricochet triangle dropkicks him. Black and Ricochet both sit in the middle of the ring and wait for Ciampa and Gargano. Gargano hits the slingshot spear. Ciampa and Gargano take turns working over Ricochet. Ricochet manages to tag in Black. Black takes out both member of #DIY with a springboard moonsault. Gargano leaps over Black’s sweep attempt.
Gargano tries the slingshot spear but Black knees Gargano in the face. Ciampa breaks up the pin. #DIY try to Meet in the Middle but Ricochet breaks it up. Ciampa lands the tower of London on the apron on Black. Gargano puts Black in the Gargano Escape. Ciampa puts Ricochet in the modified rings of Saturn. Ricochet gets to his feet and sends Ciampa into Gargano to break up the submission hold. Gargano tweaks his knee and rolls out of the ring. Ciampa checks on Gargano but Gargano can’t get up. Ciampa and Ricochet get into a strike exchange. Ricochet floors Ciampa with an overhead kick. Ciampa tries to land the Fairy Tail Ending, but Black reverses it into the Black Mass. Ricochet cruses Ciampa with the 630 for the win.
Winners- Aleister Black and Ricochet
After the match, Candice LeRae runs down to ringside to check on Gargano. Ciampa joins her. Ciampa helps Gargano get to his feet. As they get to the stage, Gargano falls over. Ciampa helps him up again. Ciampa tries to throw Gargano into the LED board but Gargano puts on the breaks. Gargano launches Ciampa head first into the LED board. Gargano and LeRae laugh at Ciampa as he is out cold on the stage.
