The WWE Performance Center shared part one of a video of Tommaso Ciampa documenting the process of getting neck surgery and having his wrestling career put on hold. Ciampa had to relinquish the NXT Championship due to the surgery and will be out for an undisclosed amount of time. The video starts off with Triple H addressing the NXT roster and goes into the very tough experience for Ciampa and his family.
In the hours leading up to neck surgery, NXT Superstar Tommaso Ciampa opens up about his journey to NXT with best friend Johnny Gargano and talks about the struggle he and his wife experienced trying to have a family.
