NWA’s ‘Cup Runneth Over’ In Latest ‘Ten Pounds Of Gold’

April went out like a lion for pro wrestling as the NWA Crockett Cup made it’s return to the industry in a big way in Concord, NC. The event featured three new champions being crowned and Nick Aldis successfully defending his NWA Worlds Championship against his long-time friend Marty Scurll in what was an atmosphere draped in history and athleticism.

NWA’s latest video covers all the ongoings of the event as well as reactions from some of the competitors including the new NWA Tag Team Champions, PCO and Brody King of ROH’s Villain Enterprises.

Crockett Cup 2019 brought back the traditions of Jim Crockett Promotions to the National Wrestling Alliance on April 27, 2019.

Also featured were the legends of Jim Crockett Promotions including The Midnight Express, The Rock and Roll Express, Jim Cornette, Magnum TA and Nikita Koloff.

8 Teams fought for the #CrockettCup including Villain Enterprises, The Briscoes, Yuji Nagata and Kojima from New Japan Pro Wrestling, Stuka Jr and Guerrero Maya Jr from CMLL, Crimson & Jax Dane and the Wild Card Team.
