It looks like Lesnar isn’t cashing in like advertised.
Rollins came out to the ring to discuss the bullseye on him but was then interrupted by Lesnar’s music, although nobody showed up. “Brock Lesnar is playing games. I’m sick of it and everyone here is sick of it. So let me speak directly to you. You used to be one of the most feared men on planet Earth, used to be. Now, you’re just the shell of that. If there’s any shred of ‘The Beast’ left in you, then I dare you to come out here and keep your promise and cash in that contract.”
Rollins was once again interrupted, but it was by Baron Corbin instead of Lesnar. Corbin told the Universal Champion that he was busy living his childhood dream but that he was the dream crusher. The two then came to blows and started brawling inside the ring until the champ managed to throw Corbin to the outside. That’s when Lesnar’s music played and Corbin hit an End of Days while he was distracted.
With the champion down on the ground, Lesnar actually came out with a chair in his hand. “The Beast” hit a low blow on the champ then hit him with a steel chair several times before hitting a German suplex. He then told Heyman not to cash in just yet and continued his beatdown and hit an F-5 outside.
Heyman pleaded with Lesnar to cash in his contract, but Lesnar refused and continued his beatdown. “Friday,” said Lesnar, confirming he’ll show up at WWE Super Showdown.
