The video is titled “Being Real with Allysin Kay.” Kay explains why she wants to be her authentic self in the squared circle, and how not many people in professional wrestling are real anymore. Kay also talked about her mixed martial arts (MMA) training, the enjoyment she gets from hitting people, and not being bothered by getting hit herself.
