Dark Side Of The Ring Confirmed For Second Season Of 10 Episodes

Viceland has announced that Dark Side of the Ring will return for a second season. The television documentary series will feature 10 new hour-long episodes ranging on controversial wrestling subjects. This is an increase from the first batch of six episodes, which averaged over 200,000 viewers.

Last season featured topics such as the Montreal screwjob, Randy Savage’s relationship with Miss Elizabeth, Bruiser Brody, Gino Hernandez, The Fabulous Moolah, and the Von Erich family. The latter was the show’s most-watched episode averaging 234,000 viewers.

As noted last week, it will reportedly feature new episodes on Chris Benoit and Dino Bravo. The other eight have not been revealed.
