Daffney Unger Posts Lengthy Update On Her Health Status

Professional wrestler Daffney Unger (real name Shannon Spruill) has posted a lengthy update on Instagram regarding her health status. She is best known for being in WCW between 1999 and 2001 along with being in TNA from 2008 to 2011.

She made an appearance in ROH August of last year when she congratulated Sumie Sakai for defeating Kelly Klein in the Women of Honor Championship Tournament. Ever since then she has went off the radar and retired from professional wrestling.

Daffney decided to take to Instagram recently to address her health. The doctor gave her the unfortunate news that she needs to see a neurologist very soon because a perineural root sleeve cyst was found in the lower back. She revealed that she is in constant pain and having muscle spasms in my left shoulder, shoulder blade and bicep.

You can check out the full post below with specific medical terminology and information regarding the injury. Wrestlezone would like to wish Daffney a quick recovery and a happy life. Daffney recently began working at Yoga Works in Atlanta and says she loves her new job but sometimes feels pain.
