Adam Cole came into tonight’s NXT as the NXT Champion, and he made sure to walk out as it as well. Following the match, Johnny Gargano shocked the crowd by returning to the ring, where he proceeded to assault a downed Balor with a chair after Balor had caused Gargano to pull out of multiple events.
