Deadline has announced that Roman Reigns will take part in a special match on the New Year’s Eve special on the Fox Network hosted by Steve Harvey, his opponent is yet to be named.

Regular WWE celebrity Maria Menounos will co-host the event with Rob Gronkowski, who has regularly expressed interest in a match for WWE. The event will also see performances by LL Cool J and DJ Z-Trip, The Backstreet Boys, Tyga, The Killers, The Lumineers, and Florida Georgia Line and a performance by Village People as the group tries to set a world record for the largest YMCA dance..
The festivities kick off on Fox beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern live from Manhattan, New York.
