The Rock’s The Titan Games Renewed For Second Season By NBC

NBC has officially set a return date for the second season of The Titan Games, the competition show hosted by WWE’s Dwayne Johnson, according to a report from The Hollywood Reporter.

The series will begin its second season on May 25, with a two-hour premiere before going back to its standard format of hourlong episodes. Much like the first season, the second season will feature a group of professional athletes that compete alongside “everyday people” in a series of challenges that Johnson has designed.

According to the report, the competitors this season features teachers, doctors, nurses, and veterans, and their competition will include former Olympians, UFC fighters, and NFL players. At the end of it all, one man and woman will be crowned Titan champions, and awarded a $100,000 prize, with the money going to charity should a professional athlete come away with the win.
