NXT TakeOver 33 has a new name. Forget about Valentine’s Day on Feb. 14, 2021, as it is now NXT TakeOver: Vegeance Day.
“Love is in the air — and vengeance isn’t far behind,” WWE announced. “NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day will come your way on Valentine’s Day, Sunday, Feb. 14, at 7 E/4 P on the award-winning WWE Network. A Triple Threat NXT Women’s Championship Match has already been announced as Io Shirai will battle Mercedes Martinez and Toni Storm. What else will the latest TakeOver event have in store?”
As WWE states, the card is currently featuring a triple threat for the NXT Women’s Championship. Expect more matches to be made official tonight and next week as the event is only two weeks away.
