Million Dollar Championship Ladder Match: Cameron Grimes vs. LA Knight
Knight and Grimes lock up and stumble around the ring. Knight eventually lands a shoulder block. Grimes tells Knight to kiss his grits. Grimes lands a few strikes. Knight grabs a ladder. Knight launches a ladder at Grimes. Grimes avoids it. Knight catches Grimes with a clothesline. Knight sets up a ladder and starts to climb. Grimes cuts him off. Knight tries to slam a ladder on Grimes but Grimes again avoids it. Both men pick up ladders and joists with them. Grimes drops his ladder. Knight swings but misses. Grimes boots Knight out of the ring. Grimes sends Knight into the barricade using a ladder. Grimes lands a PK on the apron. Knight hits Grimes with a ladder. Knight slams Grimes into every surface he can find. Knight stops to ask Ted DiBiase if he thinks Grimes looks like a Million Dollar Champion. Grimes sends Knight into the barricade. Grimes lands a few strikes. Knight lawn darts Grimes into the barricade. Knight grabs a huge ladder. Grimes suplexes Knight into a ladder in the corner. Grimes swings a ladder into Knight’s gut. Knight falls into the corner.
Grimes tries to slams the ladder into Knight’s nuts but Knight pops to his feet to avoid it. Knight sits a ladder on its side. Knight drops Grimes with a neck breaker on the side of the ladder. Knight sets up the larger-than-normal ladder in the ring. Knight sits a ladder on the top rope. Knight tries to whip Grimes into the ladder but Grimes reverses it. Knight goes face-first into the ladder. Grimes lights Knight up with kick after kick. Knight charges in and gets back body dropped on a ladder. Grimes sends Knight over the top rope. Knight lands on a ladder. Grimes says he wants the gold. Grimes brings the gold ladder into the ring and sets it up. As Grimes gets to the top, Knight meets him there. Knight and Grimes fight atop the ladder. Grimes pushes Knight off. Knight pushes over the ladder. Grimes lands on the top rope. Knight charges in and eats Grimes’ patented flipping crossbody. Grimes crawls out on the ramp.
Knight slams a ladder on Grimes. Knight sets up a ladder on the ramp and lays a ladder between the first ladder and the second rope. Grimes pushes Knight away and lands another PK. Grimes and Knight fight in from of DiBiase. Knight whips Grimes at a ladder. Grimes climbs the ladder to avoid running into it. Knight pushes that ladder over but Grimes hops onto some metal rigging. Grimes dives off that and lands on Knight. Grimes climbs the ladder. Knight pushes over the ladder. Grimes lands on a ladder outside the ring. Knight pulls down the Million Dollar Championship for the win.
Winner and NEW Million Dollar Champion, LA Knight!
After the match, DiBiase presents Knight with the title.
Backstage, Regal and a bunch of referees are holding back Karrion Kross and Pete Dunne.
