NWA Hard Times 2 PPV Set For December

The National Wrestling Alliance is bringing back “Hard Times” as a pay-per-view event.

According to Billy Corgan on Tuesday’s episode of Busted Open Radio, NWA Hard Times 2 will take place on December 4. FITE TV confirmed the announcement; the streaming platform will broadcast the event. ‘Hard Times 2’ will also take place in Atlanta at GPB Studios, the same venue that hosted the initial event as well as many of the NWA’s Powerrr TV tapings.

The National Wrestling Alliance hosted the inaugural NWA Hard Times pay-per-view on January 24, 2020. The event was highlighted by the NWA World Television Championship tournament (won by Ricky Starks), as well as Thunder Rosa vs. Allysin Kay and Nick Aldis vs. Flip Gordon.

The latest pay-per-view event under the NWA banner was the company’s 73rd Anniversary show on Sunday, August 29 in St. Louis. That event saw Trevor Murdoch dethrone Nick Aldis as NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion, ending a 1,043-day reign as champion, as well as new NWA Tag Team Champions being crowned.
