WWE RAW Viewership Drops Again On 9/13, Struggles Against Season Premiere Of Monday Night Football

WWE RAW struggled against the season premiere of Monday Night Football.

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics reports that the September 13 episode drew 1.670 million viewers, a sizable drop from the 1.848 million viewers who watched the show last week. Monday’s show scored a 0.43 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, which is also down from the 0.52 rating in the same demographic on September 6. With this decrease, the show’s viewership has dropped for the third week in a row.

Thurston also notes that the 0.43 demographic rating is the show’s lowest since July 5, which came shortly before the return of live fans.

This week’s show featured Big E successfully cashing in the Money in the Bank contract after a main event WWE Championship match between Bobby Lashley and Randy Orton. Plus, Damian Priest defended the WWE United States Championship against Jeff Hardy.

Thurston also provided a look at the quarter-hour figures; Big E’s WWE Championship victory led the way with 1,844,000 viewers watching him win the title.
