The Godfather Recalls The Prank Call That Resulted In Him Getting Thrown Out Of His College Dorm

Sometimes you may get angry enough to throw someone out of a window, and unfortunately for The Godfather, making that urge a reality got him kicked out of his dorm room.

The Godfather recently appeared on the Stories With Brisco & Bradshaw show alongside fellow Hall of Famers Gerald Brisco and John Bradshaw Layfield and Godfather recalled the time he got kicked out of a dorm for throwing someone out of a window. As he explained it,

“So, we’re playing dominos in one of the dorms that I was staying in and I’m on the third floor and they’re on the second floor and we’re being loud, it’s a school night. Someone calls my room and tells us to be quiet, then they call again and tell me to be quiet. I told them ‘listen MF’er, if you call me again, I’m going to go down there and beat your ass’ and then I hang up the phone. So, all of a sudden I get one more call and they go, ‘Listen you black son of a bitch, if you don’t turn that music down I’m going to come up there and kick your black ass’ and I stormed down there to the guy’s room, kicked down the door, mugged him up a little bit and there was a screen door with a little patio and I threw him through it and he went flying through to the balcony and fell all the way to the ground.

“So, now things are getting crazy so I go down to my room and I find out it wasn’t the guy that called me, the guy that called me was Charles Mann, they were playing a rib on me, not knowing I’d go down there and do that. Can you imagine being the guy in that room and all of a sudden this big black guy comes knocking your door down and mugging you? Anyway, I got kicked out of those dorms.

“The worst thing is, when they threw me out of the dorm, they gave me a stipend. Then they put me in a house with a bunch of crazy dudes and they were giving me a stipend of so much money every week. Plus, you can eat at the cafeteria and then I was hurt, so I wasn’t going to practice and then I started working at strip clubs. At 19 years old, I was bouncing at strip clubs and then on the weekends, I’d be bouncing for strippers while they did their private parties. You guys know me, I’m as close to being The Godfather as you could possibly be.”

The Godfather also recently spoke about why The Rock refused to travel with him on the road; read his response to losing his traveling partner at this link.
