AEW Full Gear was already set to be a star-studded show, but AEW added a major tag team match to the card on the go-home episode of AEW Dynamite.
PAC and Andrade El Idolo have gotten roped into Cody Rhodes‘ bitter feud with Malakai Black, and the four competitors will collide in a buzzworthy tag team match on Saturday. “The American Nightmare” will team up with PAC to face Black and El Idolo. For weeks, the latter duo has been working together to torment Rhodes. “The Bastard” and Rhodes have forged a partnership that was motivated by PAC’s own issues with El Idolo. These two feuds will both explode in this special tag team bout at AEW Full Gear.
Additionally, AEW announced the Buy In match for the pay-per-view; Nyla Rose and Jamie Hayter team up to take on Hikaru Shida and Thunder Rosa. This bout will showcase several of the stars who remain active in the ongoing AEW TBS Women’s Championship Tournament. Rose will face Shida in the second round, and Rosa will take on Hayter in her respective second-round bout.
