Jonathan Gresham To Defend The ROH World Title Under Pure Rules at GCW Blood On The Hills

The Ring of Honor company itself might be on hiatus, but Jonathan Gresham is going to keep the Ring of Honor World Championship alive as he will defend the title tonight at GCW Blood on the Hills in a Pure Rules match.

Game Changer Wrestling took to social media last night to announce the big news that Gresham’s match tonight against AJ Gray will be for the Ring of Honor World Championship:

“*BREAKING* The JON GRESHAM vs AJ GRAY match at #GCWBlood will now be for the ROH World Championship and will be contested under Pure Rules!

If Jonathan Gresham successfully defends his title tonight against AJ Gray, you can bet that The Octopus will go on to defend the title yet again at the debut of TERMINUS next month. Gresham and Baron Black recently sat down with WrestleZone to discuss the TERMINUS promotion, and you can find out more about that by clicking here.

On top of the Jonathan Gresham defending the Ring of Honor World Championship tonight, former GCW Champion Matt Cardona will also be on tonight’s show. Still, despite the event’s name, Cardona promises he won’t be the one bleeding on tonight’s show. You can check out his comments on that and his current feud with EFFY by clicking here.
