“Speedball” Mike Bailey is very excited to make his IMPACT Wrestling debut soon.
IMPACT Wrestling released a video this morning catching up with “Speedball” Mike Bailey as he prepares for his upcoming debut for the company.
While the video didn’t confirm when Mike Bailey will appear for IMPACT Wrestling (it actually censored a date), it certainly seems that we’ll see him sooner rather than later.
When asked about who he wants to get into the ring with, Bailey namedropped Moose, Trey Miguel, and Jordynne Grace, who all currently hold championships for IMPACT Wrestling. He also mentioned Josh Alexander, the former IMPACT Wrestling World Champion.
Speedball wraps up the video by calling his style “unique” for those who haven’t seen him in the ring yet, stating that no one else can do what he does.
2021 was a big year for Mike Bailey. At one point earlier in the year, it seemed like he would be signing with WWE but ended up signing with IMPACT Wrestling months later. It’s unknown what occurred that made the talks with WWE fall through. Bailey was previously on a five-year ban that prevented him from entering the United States after illegally coming into the country to work an EVOLVE event back in 2016.
