On the same night Matt Hardy got voted out of the Andrade-Hardy Family Office, FTR made a move that promises to substantially impact their journey in AEW.
During a backstage interview on the March 9 episode of AEW Dynamite, Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood were asked how they’d proceed after they lost two chances to earn a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship. In response, Harwood made it clear that family is the most important thing. When the team’s manager, Tully Blanchard interrupted and criticized them for failing to listen to him, Wheeler stated that Blanchard was fired.

Blanchard has been aligned with FTR for nearly two years. During his run with the duo, they’ve won the AEW and AAA World Tag Team Championship.
