PROGRESS Wrestling To Hold Event In Cardiff On Weekend Of Major WWE Stadium Show

PROGRESS Wrestling will be adding to WWE’s fanfare during the first weekend of September 2022.

WWE has already begun breaking records for its upcoming Stadium show in Cardiff, Wales on Saturday, September 3. The event will be the first time that WWE hosts a pay-per-view from a stadium in the United Kingdom in over 30 years with the last being SummerSlam in 1992.

One of the promotions that WWE has a working relationship with, PROGRESS Wrestlings has now announced that they will be hosting an event during the same weekend.

PROGRESS Wrestling Announce Major Cardiff Show On The Weekend Of WWE’s Major Stadium Show

The first weekend of September, 2022, is set to be one of the biggest in UK Wrestling history – so we decided that PROGRESS just had to be a part of it.

On Sunday, 4th September, one day after WWE will host their first major stadium event in the UK in 30 years, at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, PROGRESS will host a very special show in the Welsh capital.

Chapter 140: Wrestling. Golf. Madrid. In That Order’ will be a perfect way to compliment a special occasion. It will take place at Tramshed, less than half a mile from The Principality, formerly known as The Millennium Stadium.

Tickets for this show go on sale at 9am on Friday, 15th April.

The show will start at 1PM with tickets priced from £20. With 70,000 wrestling fans in the city that weekend, demand will be at an all time high so get yours now from PROGRESSWrestling.com.
