Lacey Evans did not make her advertised return to the ring on the May 30 episode of WWE RAW, and she later commented on her absence.
During the May 23 episode, WWE announced that Evans would compete on the following week’s episode. But on Monday night, the former “Sassy Southern Belle” was nowhere to be seen. She wasn’t advertised for the show on the day of the program, but many fans remembered the previous announcement.
Evans made an appearance as the Grand Marshall at NASCAR’s Coca-Cola 600 on Sunday, and in a tweet, she noted that she has been “laid up” due to these duties. The post features multiple pictures of Evans flexing.

She then responded to a fan who noted that they wanted to see her wrestle on Monday by stating that she’s still recovering.

Evans recently returned to WWE TV for the first time since February 2021; she has been featured in vignettes and promos in recent weeks.
