The Viking Raiders are back on WWE SmackDown.
After vignettes hyped the duo as “coming soon” a few weeks ago, the duo appeared on the June 24 episode of WWE SmackDown. They interrupted Shanky and The New Day while they were dancing and attacked the three men from behind. Erik and Ivar slammed Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods and left them lying.

Later in the show, in a promo backstage, Erik and Ivar stated that they have been pushed aside for far too long, and now nobody is safe from their wrath.
The Viking Raiders haven’t wrestled on SmackDown since April, when they competed in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. They were in action at several live events, and they had a brief run on NXT 2.0. Erik and Ivar are former RAW and NXT Tag Team Champions.
