Bobby Lashley Defeats Austin Theory, Wins US Championship At Money In The Bank

Bobby Lashley had his eyes set on the WWE United States Championship tonight, and in typical All Mighty fashion, he came, saw, and conquered.

In a title match against reigning champ Austin Theory, Lashley did just what he said he would do, and come into the ring and take down Theory. In the end, it was Lashley’s strength that won it for him, as he was able to reverse an ATL attempt and lock Theory into the Hurt Lock to force Theory to tap out.

As soon as the bell rings, Lashley tosses Theory across the ring. Theory charges in and gets spinebutsered out of his boots. Lashley tries to slam Theory into the ring post but Theory blocks it. Theory works over Lashley out of the ring. Theory dives off the apron but is caught out of the air. Lashley slams Theory into the ring post. Lashley sets up a Spear but Theory falls into the fetal position while screaming no. In the confusion, Theory kicks Lashley low. Theory works over Lashley.

Lashley fires up and suplexes Theory. Theory escapes a suplex. Lashley turns around and Theory tries a rolling dropkick but Lashley turns it into a gorilla press into a power slam. Theory kicks out. Theory hits his rolling dropkick. Lashley kicks out. Theory sets up the ATL. Lashley escapes. Lashley picks up Theory but Theory scratches his eyes. Theory hits a Spear. Lashley gets to his feet. Theory tries the ATL but Lashley reverses it into the Hurt Lock. Theory taps out.
