Jake Paul On Possibly Teaming With His Brother In WWE: I Don’t Think Anyone Would Beat Us

Could Jake Paul follow in his brother Logan’s footsteps to WWE? It sounds like he’s open to the idea.

Jake Paul has established now himself in the world of boxing, but could a WWE venture be on the horizon for him? Paul will take on Hasim Rahman Jr in a fight at Madison Square Garden on August 6th. In speaking with WFAN’s Carton & Roberts, Jake Paul expressed his thoughts on possibly following his brother Logan Paul to WWE and working as a tag team:

“Maybe someday, I just can’t get injured right now going off the top rope. But that could be interesting. I think we should become the WWE Champions, I don’t think anyone would beat us.”

Jake Paul also spoke about his August 6 fight at Madison Square Garden against Hasim Rahman Jr. and shared his expectations for the bout.

“I just wanted to challenge myself. I’m doing just that. No boxer has ever taken this big of a risk in the history of boxing…For me, I’m taking a huge risk by fighting a guy who’s bigger than me. Who has more reach than me. Who has more than 100 amateur fights…Four years ago I was on Disney Channel acting…I have to be the underdog here.”

Logan Paul recently signed with WWE following his WrestleMania 38 performance in Dallas, Texas. There, he teamed with The Miz against Rey and Dominik Mysterio. Logan impressed many, executing a tribute to Eddie Guerrero in the process. He successfully landed The Three Amigos and a Five-Star Frog Splash in this process of victory for himself and The Miz. After the win however, The Miz turned on Paul, landing a Skull Crushing Finale on his partner.

Now that Logan Paul is signed to WWE, the seeds for a SummerSlam match between the former partners seem to be planted. Logan recently confirmed he is indeed “coming for The Miz at SummerSlam” on a recent episode of his podcast, Impaulsive.  With no official matchup announced as of this writing, WrestleZone will keep you updated as more details become available.

In the meantime, WWE has confirmed that Logan Paul will be on the July 18th edition of Monday Night RAW.
