Bryce Remsburg Wants To Have The Most Eclectic Resume Of Any Referee In History

Bryce Remsburg wants to have one of the best referee resumes in the history of professional wrestling.

All Elite Wrestling referee Bryce Remsburg recently sat down with JOB’d Out Wrestling to discuss a wide variety of subjects. When asked about the differences between refereeing on the independent scene compared to All Elite Wrestling, Remsburg says he learns new things every week.

“Refereeing on the indies for 17 years was getting my bachelor’s degree; refereeing in AEW is my master’s degree. I learn something every week,” Bryce Remsburg said. “There’s a different thing to consider. There are earpieces; there are times, there are twelve cameras… many times, it feels like you are sort of conducting an orchestra. You can’t grab the violin and make it play the notes you want, but you can strongly suggest it’s time to play a certain note in a certain place, for example.”

When asked about his goals for the rest of the year, Remsburg said he hopes to have the most eclectic resume of any referee in the history of professional wrestling.

“If there’s an opportunity to referee a type of match I’ve never refereed before – I want to do it,” Bryce Remsburg said. “If there’s a 60-minute ironman match, casket match, ladder match, inverted battle royal, best seven out of thirteen falls match… I want to have the most eclectic wrestling referee resume of anyone in history.”
