Sammy Guevara & Tay Conti have officially tied the knot.
On Sunday, August 7th, The Guevaras officially commenced their wedding. The duo first revealed their relationship late last year on New Year’s Eve. A few months later, they appeared as an on-screen couple on All Elite Wrestling programming. On June 3rd, Sammy Guevara proposed to Conti while on a trip to Paris, France.
Through posts shared on social media, some notable guests were seen to be in attendance for the marriage ceremony. AEW President Tony Khan, Amanda Huber, NXT star Valentina Feroz, and many more attended.

In addition, a current WWE RAW star served as one of Conti’s bridesmaids. Former RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. attended the special ceremony as well, designated as a bridesmaid for Conti.

Accordingly, Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti did not appear on any AEW programming last week in any capacity. However, Eddie Kingston requested a match with Guevara at All Out, which Guevara has yet to accept. Perhaps Guevara will accept on this upcoming Dynamite or Rampage, but right now he’s off celebrating his nuptials.
Sammy Guevara previously wrestled on July 27th, defeating Dante Martin at AEW Fight for the Fallen. In terms of Tay Conti, she hasn’t competed in in-ring action since a trios match at AEW Double or Nothing in May. There, she teamed with Guevara and Frankie Kazarian in a losing effort to Paige VanZant, Ethan Page, and Scorpio Sky. Conti often aids Guevara and the Jericho Appreciation Society at ringside in recent months, though.
