Jade Cargill is ready to defend her TBS Championship against any and all challengers, and one has stepped up for a match at AEW All Out.
During the August 26 episode of AEW Rampage, Cargill appeared in a brief backstage segment. After sending away everyone by her side, including the rest of The Baddies, Cargill openly challenged Athena to a title match at AEW All Out, saying that she was welcome to “come and get these hands” in Chicago next month.
However, Athena wasn’t content with waiting, as she quickly appeared backstage and launched an attack on Cargill. Cargill was able to land a few blows on her would-be opponent, though, with the segment ending in a brawl between the two. The broadcast team then confirmed the match for the pay-per-view.
