It was reported earlier this week that it’s also believed that Malakai Black has been granted a conditional release from All Elite Wrestling following the All Out pay-per-view.

Earlier reports claimed Black had asked for his release and had the request denied. Black seemingly bid farewell to the fans and his House Of Black stablemates during an off-camera moment at All Out. According to a new report from Fightful (via Fightful Select), AEW talent is under the assumption that Black was ultimately granted a “highly conditional” release from the company.

Talent speaking with Fightful also said that Tony Khan wanted to try and keep Black around, but the company ended up deciding to grant the conditional release. AEW sources noted that they are under the belief that the door isn’t closed on a potential return for Black down the line.

On behalf of everyone here at WrestleZone, we want to wish Black the very best and hope to see him again in the future if he chooses to do so.
