Karl Anderson: The Good Brothers Have Agreed To Dates With NJPW For An ‘Extended Period’

The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows) are committed to New Japan Pro-Wrestling, at least for now.

The three-time IMPACT World Tag Team Champions recently wrapped up with the company, and they are now focused on NJPW. At the Burning Spirit event on September 25, Anderson defended the NEVER Openweight Championship against Hiroshi Tanahashi. Still, given their impressive resumes, fans continue to whether whether the duo will return to WWE at some point.

In an interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Anderson was asked about the possibility. In response, he noted that you can never say never in wrestling, but they have agreed to dates with NJPW for an “extended period.”

“Just like you said, never say never,” Anderson said. “We’ve got verbally agreed upon dates with New Japan Pro-Wrestling for an extended period of time. But there’s such a built-in story with Bullet Club, and we never got to finish the story [in WWE] with AJ Styles or even Finn. There’s been a lot of things that have happened in the business, so you can never say never. Any time we can work with brothers like AJ and Finn, we’re always going to listen to that.”
