A former WWE tag team debuted at the October 12 taping of AEW Dark: Elevation.
Before Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite, which was taped in Toronto, Canada, the company taped matches for next week’s episode of AEW Dark: Elevation. Among other bouts, The Bollywood Boys (Harv and Gurv Sihra) faced Austin and Colten Gunn. This bout marked the Sihras’ AEW debut.

The duo were formerly known as Samir and Sunil Singh in WWE. They worked for the company and were featured on SmackDown, NXT, and 205 Live at different points. They memorably managed Jinder Mahal during his main-event level run on SmackDown. Between the two of them, they held the WWE 24/7 Championship nine times. WWE released the Sihras in a wave of cuts on June 25, 2021. Since then, they have been active on the independent scene, particularly for DEFY Wrestling, where they won the tag titles.
