More Details On Good Brothers WWE Deals, New Japan Status

Following the Good Brothers‘ return to WWE last week, a new report from Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp suggests that the duo is back within the WWE folds for good.

The latest report notes that both Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows had interest from WWE while they were still under their IMPACT Wrestling contract, although nothing happened when their contracts ran out in August. Since then, the duo has been working for New Japan Pro-Wrestling without any official deals, with Anderson the current reigning NEVER Openweight Champion. However, just because the duo is with WWE doesn’t change their standing in NJPW.

According to the report, the duo is still reportedly booked to dates with New Japan through Januaary’s Wrestle Kingdom show. Sources close to Fightful also note that New Japan Pro-Wrestling was “very aware” that Gallows and Anderson were returning to WWE, and that despite that, the future dates they’ve committed to are still planning on happening. Of course, that could change sometime between now and January, though.

Finally, the report notes that the duo has officially signed with WWE, and that it is “a big money deal” that has them back.
