On November 9, All Elite Wrestling taped matches and segments for the November 11 episode of AEW Rampage after Dynamite in Boston, Massachusetts.
AEW All-Atlantic Champion Orange Cassidy, among other stars, was set to compete on the show.

- Jungle Boy challenged Luchasaurus to a Steel Cage Match at Full Gear. Jungle Boy grabbed Cage when he insulted his late father. Luchasaurus then laid Jungle Boy out with an attack.
- AEW World Championship Eliminator Tournament: Brian Cage defeated Dante Martin.
- AEW All-Atlantic Championship: Orange Cassidy (c) defeated Lee Johnson to retain
- Nyla Rose held a self-proclaimed open challenge for the TBS Championship (which she stole from Jade Cargill) and defeated Kayla Sparks.
- AEW World Championship Eliminator Tournament: Bandido defeated RUSH.
- Bandido rolled up RUSH after John Silver intervened when Jose the Assistant tried to get interfere.
- Ricky Starks vs. Lance Archer was not taped.
