Report: AEW’s New Saturday Show Set To Debut By July Or Earlier

All Elite Wrestling is reportedly adding another show to its lineup, and a new report states that it will debut in the coming months.

AEW launched in 2019 and subsequently landed a television deal with WarnerMedia. The company’s flagship show, AEW Dynamite, premiered on TNT in 2019. AEW added a second show, AEW Rampage, in 2021. The company also airs AEW Dark and Dark: Elevation on their YouTube channels. Additionally, in 2022, AEW expanded its TV content with quarterly Battle of the Belts specials on TNT.

Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast previously reported that AEW was finalizing a deal with Warner Bros. Discovery for a new television show.

In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that AEW’s new show, which is planned for Saturdays, will debut by July, if not earlier, barring a major change. He stated that the show is “close enough to a done deal”, but things are being kept quiet.

AEW has a non-branded televised live event advertised for July 8, and it is currently unclear whether the show will be an episode of AEW Dynamite, Rampage, or another show.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
