After the April 12 episode of AEW Dynamite, All Elite Wrestling taped matches for the April 14 episode of AEW Rampage at the UW–Milwaukee Panther Arena in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

- IWGP Tag Team Championship: Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis) (c) defeated The Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta)
- Tony Schiavone interviewed AEW World Tag Team Champions FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) about their title win. Harwood and Wheeler revealed they signed four-year contracts, and they intend to retire once the contracts end.
- Jay Lethal, Jeff Jarrett, Mark Briscoe & Satnam Singh defeated Man Scout Jake Manning & The Spanish Announce Project (Angelico, Serpentico & Luther)
- Taya Valkyrie defeated Emi Sakura.
- Valkyrie brawled with Jade Cargill after the match. Leila Grey got involved and helped Cargill leave Valkyrie lying.
- “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry defeated Shawn Spears.
