The results for the April 24 episode of WWE RAW are as follows:

In-Ring Segment: Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes comes out and gets a big pop from the Chicago crowd. He asks the fans what they want to talk about. He points to the scar from the surgery on his torn pectoral. Cody turns to the camera and dares Lesnar to pick a spot and put another scar on him. He says that the scar was a reminder that, even with a torn pectoral muscle, he still beat Seth Rollins in a WWE Hell in a Cell match. Cody thanks the crowd for supporting him that night.

Finn Balor interrupts and recalls how Cody had Roman Reigns beat, but he got screwed. Balor says Cody trusted the wrong man when he teamed up with Lesnar, and he needs to be smarter. Finn tells Cody a match with Lesnar is one that he can’t win by himself. Balor says that Rhodes and The Judgment Day would be unstoppable together. He hypes up the members of the group and tells Cody to let them help him. Rhodes says he appreciates the offer, and he extends a handshake as he turns down the offer. Balor tells Cody that you’re either with The Judgment Day or against them, so he should watch his back. Cody reveals that he has been cleared to compete, and he challenges Balor to a match.
